The part that fails is rarely the tile itself; it’s the fastener, the batten, or the underlayment beneath it.

Signs Your Boral Roofing Is Failing

• Water stains on interior ceilings or walls, especially after wind-driven rain. Water travels laterally on the felt before it drips, so the stain location rarely matches the leak source.
