Signs Your Barrette Roofing Is Failing

• Granule loss exposing the fiberglass mat. Barrette’s asphalt coating oxidizes faster in Sunnyvale’s summer heat than in coastal climates. Once the ceramic granules wash off, the mat beneath absorbs water and the shingle delaminates within two rainy seasons.
